Mr. Shay Cohen
Founding Partner
Advocate Shay Cohen is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Haifa University (LLB) and a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2009.
Mr. Shay Cohen specializing in civil and commercial law, debt collection and bankruptcy procedures in all its aspects and land expropriations. Shay Cohen founded the firm after gaining experience in leading firms in the Israel representing the largest commercial bank in Israel.
In 2012, Shay founded the law firm of Noah, Cohen & Co., together with Adv. Yaron Noah.
Mr. Shay Cohen, represents commercial companies and specialized in civil and commercial litigation and has a vast experience in collection procedures.
Mr. Shay Cohen is fluent in Hebrew and English.
Mr. Yaron Noah

Advocate Yaron Noah has a master degree from the Law Faculty of Tel Aviv University (LL.M.) and is a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2009. Over the years, Yaron worked and acquired his expertise in some of the largest law firms in Israel, representing in many commercial disputes in courts. Yaron also gained a vast experience in complex real estate transactions. In 2012, Yaron founded the law firm of Noah, Cohen & Co., together with Adv. Shay Cohen.
Mr. Yaron Noah serves as legal advisor to local authorities, political parties, association, funds and advertising companies.
Over the years, Mr. Noah served as a director in several companies. Mr. Yaron Noah, represents construction companies, IP Company, start-up companies, media companies and public companies.
Mr. Yaron Noah is specializes in civil and commercial litigation including real estate law, debt collection, corporate law, trust and offshore banking. Yaron has extensive contacts with banks around the world, funds and trust companies. Mr. Yaron Noah is fluent in Hebrew and English.
Liat Akikous
Associate
Liat is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Haifa University (LLB) and a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2005.
Liat is a certified mediator (Gome, 2015) with many years of experience as internal mediator at Haifa Labor Law Court.
Liat specializes in Civil-Commercial Law and Labor Law (with unique specialization in collective agreements and workers’ organization).
Liat also represent and consults construction companies including Ministry of Construction and Housing projects (e.g. Target Price).
Liat is fluent in Hebrew and English.
